Give RUDY a Second Chance, a Traumatized Cat Looking for an Stress-Free Home. Rudy was surrendered to Indianapolis ACC when he was discovered in a home with his deceased owner. He is very traumatized – no idea how long he was there with the other cats and dogs alone in the house . . . or what he saw when his owner passed. He was very ill when we took him from the shelter and only now has started eating and interacting again. He is still depressed, but we are hopeful he will come around in time. His Foster Mom says he has the worst fever mask she has ever seen, but usually normal fur grows back soon. This poor boy needs a loving home again and must be the only cat to assure his recovery will be stress-free with an adopter who will give him the attention he needs and deserves after losing his owner.
