TAZ – 6 year old Seal Point male UPDATE: Taz has made a remarkable recovery. He is walking, even jumping up on his foster mom’s bed.
. . . TAZ is now ready to be adopted. He has begun to show improvement, is eating better and actually walking around his room. He needs a quiet home at this point with no other cats. He is not getting along with other cats at this time, but it could be he is worried about being able to defend himself if need be.
Surrendered to veterinary clinic in Illinois after surgery on broken leg. Owner brought him back to be euthanized because he said he was now aggressive – who wouldn’t be less than in a good mood if someone ran over our leg with a lawnmower and broke it?? Give a guy a chance! He’s in pain!!!
Sorry to say, the story gets sadder.💔 Something happened and his leg could not be saved. The vet tech reached out to us for help. Who could say no?
This boy needs a home – or a foster – who can help him have his life back – who can nurse him back to a life without pain, help him adjust to life with 3 legs instead of 4, but most of all to love him to the moon and back. He needs to know he’s loved again. 💔 TAZ is now in foster care in Northwest Indiana. Fee $300 ADOPTED!!
